A nutrition coach is an extra level of expert support to help you stay healthy and make intuitive eating attainable.

As a parent, chef, wife and certified nutrition coach, I have gained a wealth of experience when it comes to nutrition as a whole and how to work with specific nutritional needs and goals.

I work with you as an individual, not as a generalization. I want to know what you need, what you enjoy and what your goals are. In my training, this deeply personalized approach made my volunteer clients feel comfortable and trusting in my skills. They knew I wasn’t going to give them a sugarcoated meal plan or something I’d copy-and-pasted from a simple web search - they were getting what they wanted and needed from our work together.

I offer several different packages to suit your nutrition coaching needs. Each package includes meal planning, including recipes, and individual coaching sessions so we can keep you on track and troubleshoot anything along the way! Nutrition for every stage of pregnancy and beyond.

I offer nutritional coaching for while you’re trying to conceive, while you’re pregnant, and for as long as you need in the postpartum period. Every stage requires different things, so I’m happy to be your coach as long as you feel you need!

I also create meal plans not just around you but any family members in the house. So while the nutritional focus will be on you, I will be able to create meal plans that take everyone into consideration so it’s just one meal for the whole family!
